"In October of 2005 Tejas Maintenance, a Subsidiary of Exline Inc., contacted several diamond wire saw companies for assistance with a project in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Our knowledge of the diamond wire saw method of concrete demolition was limited. The professional staff at Bluegrass quickly responded to Tejas' inquiries and turned in a favorable estimate. As a result, Bluegrass was chosen to demo the compressor foundations. We are very pleased with the results and have the highest regards for the employees of Bluegrass. They are very knowledgeable, innovative and amiable to work with."

Dust Free?  Silent?  Vibration Free?  Inaccessible or hostile environment?  Emissions Free?  Our controlled demolition technologies can satisfy these and other site/plant specific requirements.

Diamond wire sawing technology allows for segmentation or modification of any concrete structure into any size or shape even heavily reinforced rebar, concrete encased steel beams, steel encased concrete or steel embeds.

Bluegrass’ electric/hydraulic robotic hammering demolition services allow for breaking or modification of any concrete structure into any size or shape even heavily reinforced, including heavily reinforced refractory castables.  Finger tip control allows precision breaking in all dimensions, for through-wall or roof penetrations as well as massive foundation removals.  The small machine footprint permits ganging machines in tight areas for maximum production.  Remote operation by infrared or cable control enables the robot to perform hazardous work while keeping the operator safely distant.  With available deployment from suspended platforms or elevated slabs, our robotic hammering machines can be craned to tackle any obstacle.

Combining our technologies allows best practice solutions to meet your project’s goals.
