Performed diamond wire sawing to segment (2) 6' diameter piers in less than an hour on a railroad bridge.
DIGESTER TANK
Used Brokk robotic hammer to demolish 2, 68' diameter digester lids.
DONOHUE INDUSTRIES
Diamond wire sawed track beams including sole plates during plant shut down.
FIU
Bluegrass performed a technology demonstration of the Marcrist MSW300 Wall Concrete Shaver, mounted to a remotely operated Brokk 250, as part of the FIU-HCET technology assessment program. Six hundred feet of uncoated concrete walls, coated concrete ceilings and coated brick walls were removed at 1/4" depths.
GRAND GULF NUCLEAR
Diamond wire sawing of a section of the AUX Building Rail Road Bay Concrete Wall; 17'x3'7"x1'4" thick; Diamond wire sawed 12" off the top of existing man-way.
HATFIELD
Diamond wire sawed crest off of dam for installation of new flood gates.
HOLT DAM
Turnkey removal of discharge ring for turbine and generator upgrade. Provided diamond wire sawing, robotic hammering, and core drilling for concrete removal.
HUMBOLDT PLANT
Bluegrass diamond wire cut a 250’ tall concrete ventilation stack located directly adjacent to the spent fuel storage area. Bluegrass cut the stack into ring sections of specified length, while working from a moveable, elevated platform. All cooling water was contained and recycled during the cutting process due to contamination potential.
I-45, PIERCE ELEVATED BRIDGE
Pierce Elevated Bridge- Diamond wire sawed 100s of columns in downtown Houston for new bridge utilizing 3-4 saws dialy.
JONESVILLE LOCK & DAM
Diamond wire sawed three pairs of concrete slots into the lock walls so that stoplogs could be installed in the slots.
KENTUCKY DAM POWER HOUSE
Diamond wire sawed slot for floating mooring bit.
KISSNER PRICE-STUBB DAM
Bluegrass technicians diamond wire sawed an ogee dam cut twelve feet by nine feet by three feet as well as core drilled three holes nine feet deep.
LACROSSE BOILING WATER REACTOR
Performed concrete and metal wire cutting for decommissioning.
LOU CON INCORPORATED
Segmentation of lid by diamond wire saw for modifications to existing tank.
